New iPad App for Plasma Etch & Deposition Processing from Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology


PT Elements, the first iPad App from Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology comprises of a clear and interactive periodic table of elements, with detailed plasma, ion beam and atomic layer deposition processing information beneath. It allows the user to look up process chemistries in order to etch or deposit any material through an easy periodic table interface.
PT Elements is free to download and will appeal to a multitude of users from industry and academia. It will prove to be an excellent teaching device that demonstrates individual element properties and electron configurations.
