The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2010

has been awarded to jointly to Richard F. Heck (University of Delaware, USA), Ei-ichi Negishi (Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA) and Akira Suzuki (Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan) for palladium-catalyzed cross couplings in organic synthesis.

Congratulations to all three gentlemen from the staff, editors, authors and reviewers of Elsevier's analytical chemistry journals.
