A room block is reserved for Symposium delegates at the special group rate of $269 for a single or double room (plus 14.5% occupancy tax.) A limited number of U.S. Federal Government rate rooms are available through the Symposium Manager. The room reservation deadline is December 16, 2010. The Mayflower Hotel does require a deposit of one night’s rate plus tax via credit card to guarantee your reservation. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled 48 hours before your arrival for a full refund. To make room reservations, please contact the Mayflower Hotel by telephone: 202-347-3000.
