BTXpress High Performance Electroporation Buffer Achieves Similar or Better Efficiencies to Amaxa Nucleofector™ Reagents
The BTXpress High Performance Electroporation Buffer was designed to increase and improve efficiencies and cell viabilities for transfection in any electroporation system. Recent transfection data in U937, BHK and cardiomyocytes cell lines demonstrates that when the BTXpress buffer is substituted for the Amaxa™ Solution V in the Amaxa Nucleofection™ system, similar or better transfection efficiencies and viabilities can be achieved with BTXpress High Performance Buffer.BTXpress Buffer Transfection Efficiency vs. Amaxa Nucleofector Reagents: The human leukemic monocyte lymphoma cell line U937, BHK cells (baby hamster kidney) and mouse Cardiomyocytes were electroporated in parallel with a GFP reporter vector in the Amaxa Nucleofector System using BTXpress High Performance Buffer in comparison to the same cells transfected with Amaxa Solution V.
