industry-standard 96-tube rack format.

Drawing upon over 25 years experience of supplying sample storage and management solutions to life science labs worldwide – the new Micronic 2.00ml storage tube uses a unique 2D code laser encrypted on the tube bottom to enable easy identification and traceable storage of your samples. The unique 2D code identifies the sample, its coordinates within a storage rack, the particular rack and the location of the rack in your freezer.
Produced in a modern class 7 clean room production facility from ultra-pure polypropylene - Micronic 2.00ml tubes are certified RNase / DNase free and non-toxic making them the ideal secure medium for storage of liquid or solid samples. As well as having the ideal shape for gripping with a robotic arm - Micronic 2.00ml tubes have been designed to fit in the industry-standard format 96-tube Roborack. Not only does this enhance productivity because of the ability to load with standard 8- or 12-channel pipettes but it also enables simple integration with automated liquid handling platforms.
