HPLC 2013 Starts!!

HPLC 2013 got underway yesterday with an early registration and plenary lectures by Jos Beijinen (Fight Against Cancer), Ron Majors (Top Ten HPLC Column Myths), Michel Nielen (Forget Everything, Except Mass Spectrometry) and Stefan Bruns (From Pore Level Reconstruction to Morphological) set the bar at a high level from the outset.

Today saw the cream of the world's chromatography community arriving at Amsterdam's RAI conference and exhibition centre as the main conference began. Here are a selection of photographs from Day One.

Elsevier will be hosting a beer and wine reception this evening to thank reviewers and more photos (none of an incriminating nature of course) will appear tomorrow.
